  • If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. cannot cancel the order if the merchandise is already shipped out. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original bag with all labels and tags attached. Not placing merchandise back into original bag will delay processing of your return. Upon receipt of returned goods, reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
  • Only merchandise purchased from will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
  • FINAL SALE merchandise is not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All merchandise marked as final sale is considered as FINAL SALE.
  • A free return label will be provided by if the return is caused by merchandise defects and/or incorrect fits. Or customers shall bear the fees of return shipping. This fee will be automatically deducted upon customer's refund amount. For returns using our return label, please allow up to 10 days transit time. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise at our warehouse.  


  • If the returned merchandise qualifies for a refund, will apply it to your credit card or original method of payment. Once refunded, please allow 3-8 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment account, as processing time can vary depending on your financial institution. All refunds to credit cards may appear within 1-2 billing statements.
